The apartment with 53 sqm (570 sq ft) is way bigger than average. You will find a separate bedroom, large lounge, well equipped kitchen, and separate bath. I will provide you with all the comfort needed on city travels. Attention to detail and design accents will make your stay most pleasant. I am especially proud of the good technical equipment. In Vienna - the capital of music - you might enjoy the small Bose Soundtouch to stream any radio station or your own music. Both huge Samsung Smart TVs will make you happy, especially combined with the perfect WiFi connection. Sustainability is important to me. In the bathroom you will find all amenities you need. The apartment is located in trendy Gumpendorfer Strasse. Only a few metres away you get to 3 different metro lines and several tram and bus lines. These will take you safely and reliably to any place in Vienna. Along the road you will find a post office, banks, and groceries. The apartment is quite near to Raimund Theatre. So why not visit a musical show there? in case you plan to bring your own car i can provide to with private parking.
