The apartment house is located in the 3rd district of Vienna.The two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen make the apartment luxurious. In the living room you will find a large sofa-bed, which can be extended if necessary. Both bedrooms provide 2 twin beds. The apartment offers space for up to 5 people. Therefore, it is also very suitable for families. In addition to modern facilities, in our apartment one can find a washing machine, dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner, a coffee machine, a flat-screen TV and an iron. Towels and bed linen are also provided. A shopping mall, a cinema and several cafés and restaurants are within a 15-minute walk - Landstrasse Wien Mitte, and the Kunst Haus Wien, a museum designed by the artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser, is a 1-minute walk from Mava Apartments. Vienna International Airport is located 16 km from the property, and the train to the airport can be found at the Landstraße-Wien Mitte Train Stop.

The flat is located in a short term parking zone from 9am till 10pm, but there is a public garage on Radetzkystraße 2, which is approx. 10 walking minutes away. The suite is near to the center of Vienna, conveniently placed as regards transport facilities, with a various range of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighbourhood and yet in a calm surrounding.
