The apartment has a paid sauna to unwind in privacy after returning from excursions or activities. Flachau is a well-established winter sports resort. In Salzburger Sportwelt winter sports area, you ave more than 100 chair lifts and excellent 300 km of skiing slopes. You can also go on the cross country skiing trail which is around 200 km long and rests 5 km away. Numerous walking trails take you high up into the mountains from the house in winter and summer. The town center, supermarkets, and restaurants are at 1 km. This ground floor apartment is centrally heated and keeps you cozy inside.
