As we had so much fun and pleasure with our Guesthouse Egger in Emmersdorf an der Donau, we opened this year also apartments. Our Lichtlmühle is directly situated in the middle of a nature reserve and a bird sanctuary. I often meet walkers in search of unique herbs and birds. Not far away from our Lichtlmühle, the #Burgkircherl is located, a legendary place of power with yesterdays. Also the Celtics knew this place very well and performed their rituals at this place. All my guests visited this #Burgkircherl and they have been impressed. Wachau World Heritage Trail: Lichtlmühle is a wonderful starting point to be a part of hikers at the Wachau World Heritage Trail Wachau: Emmersdorf is the gateway to the Wachau Last but not least: #Jauerling is in my opinion one of the best views if you want to see the Wachau from the top. At the #Wachauterrasee you can eat and drink and join the marvellous view. But there are also sooooo much more things to see, like: Abbey Melk, Ruin Aggstein, Spitz, Ruin Dürnstein, Castle Artstetten, Wachau shipping, Wachau train, and and and... hope to see you!!
