The house and apartment were really lovely and the location was beautiful and very quiet. The owners, Christian and Siobhan, were super nice and readily available if we needed anything. There were great places to eat and shop just down the hill in Bad Kleinkirchheim. The Kärnten Karte, included in the price, was a great asset. We were able to access so many places - gondolas, museums, etc. - without having to pay the entrance fees. Anytime we're in the area, we'd love to stay there again.

Situated 150 metres from the closest ski lift in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Appartementhaus Habich offers rustic apartments with free WiFi and a south-facing balcony or a terrace. In good snow conditions, guests can ski right to the doorstep. The apartments are all fitted with satellite TV, a kitchen or a kitchenette with a coffee machine, and a bathroom with a shower. Some units come with a sofa bed. A garden surrounds the property and the local thermal baths are within 1 km. A free shuttle bus stops 300 metres away and hiking and cycling trails start right at the Habich apartments. A golf course is within 3 km and free private parking is possible on spot. During the winter season, the Ski-Thermen-Wahlkarte Card is included in the rate if purchasing a ski pass for at least 2 days. With this card guests can choose between one free skiing day at the Bad Kleinkirchheim-St. Oswald Ski Area or one free admission to the St. Kathrein or Römerbad thermal bath.
