This modern and spacious apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located on the first floor of an apartment complex on the edge of the lively town of Rauris in Salzburgerland. The apartment is in a quiet, sunny location and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The apartment offers a large open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with washing machine) and a beautiful terrace. The apartment complex also offers a ski storage room and a lounge/games room. You can park directly at the apartment complex. The center of Rauris is just 400 meters away and the Hochalm gondola is 200 meters away, which takes you directly to the Hochalmbahnen family ski area in Rauris with 30 kilometers of slopes and 10 lifts. Here you can choose between skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and winter hiking. Information about these and other activities can be found on site. The ski area in the Gastein Valley, about 30 minutes from Rauris, also offers a wide range of family-friendly options with varied runs for beginners to experts. A total of 70 kilometers of slopes await you in the Dorfgastein - Großarltal ski area. The Raurisertal, also called “the secret jewel” of the Hohe Tauern National Park, is an extraordinary excursion destination both in summer and winter. In summer, Rauris is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking, as well as for pure nature experiences such as a visit to the Kitzlochklamm or the Rauris jungle. In summer, the outdoor pool - Sonnblickbad Rauris with panoramic views of the mountains and the Uttendorf adventure swimming lake offer lots of swimming fun! A little further away, Lake Zell near Zell am See offers numerous water sports opportunities and wonderfully clear water for swimming.
