This high-quality, detached wooden chalet offers two separate, fully furnished apartments on two floors, each with a modern kitchen and a luxurious shower room. The large apartment with 76 m² has two separate bedrooms and a spacious living and dining room with a spacious, pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 more people, as well as the kitchen. Outside there is a spacious large fenced terrace. The upper apartment with 45 m² consists of a spacious living-dining area with kitchen, bathroom and large double bedroom. This apartment has a wooden terrace. Both the upper wooden terrace and the lower paved terrace have a south-east orientation with a view of the paddocks and a breathtaking view of the Klagenfurt Basin and the Karawanken mountain range.
